At Seraphs Beauty Box, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have the following refund and return policies in place:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Include your order number in your message.

Once your request is reviewed, a decision will be made and you will be notified. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
